...Unless that is, Jack Bauer' s going to come to my place of residence and shoot my kneecaps off for asking.... does Kikizo have the budget for something like that?

How am I supposed to differentiate it from the other various white powders I receive in the mail? I mean, granted, sure anthrax probably smells different than cocaine, but how could I tell that without taking a hearty whiff?
