Fighting games should stay in 2D. 3D almost killed the whole genre.

not really, sure they dominated 2d fighters for a while but 3d fighters are in another genre in one respect, all 3d fighters play different to 2d games, like Tekken comapred to Street fighter? even street fighter 3d was nothing like the 2d games.
