Quite a lot of developers have said they' re working on Wii games, or are believed to be working on Wii games. These kind of projects often just disappear, but some will obviously be announced at some point. Here' s a short list of the more notable studios:

Different game.

The God of War-esque game is multiplatform, the RPG is 360/PC only.

Objectively seen, I think all of them have some cool things coming actually. Not all of it is my style though. On that PS3 list, MGS4 is about the only game I' m REALLY interested in (besides a new Team ICO game). Yakuza, God of War and Afrika I' m curious about.

God of War 3 has been in development for at least a year. A holiday 08 release isn' t out of the question.

Gears 2 will have been in development since the first game shipped and it' s not like they' re building it from the ground up. they haven' t announced it because the PC version of the first game hasn' t shipped yet, they' re focusing on UT3 and Microsoft wouldn' t want them to take peoples eyes off Halo 3. Plus, Microsoft said they wanted the Gears and Halo franchises to flip flop. We get Halo 3 this year and Gears 2 next. Simple. They did it with UT2K3 & 4 and Gears is already 12 months old. I don' t see the problem.

As for L. A. Noire; looks like your right. Removed from the PS3 list.

As for Star Ocean 4; i think you' re probably right. I' ll remove it because of the lack of official information.

yeah you are right, i wrote the comment before really thinking about it, gears of war 2 seems so big i couldn' t imagine it released in a year, but i guess it makes sense... I really don' t think we can call that quite yet because of all the unreleased information for exclusives, but I can say as of right now 360 has one more game that I am dying to get my hands on so I guess I will call them the winner(but I am so going to have to get a PS3 next year the awesomeness is just too overwhelming).

360 has 10 games i would buy without knowing anything else about them.

PS3 has 17.

Wii has 5.

There was exactly 1 years and 9 days between God of War 2' s announcement and it' s release in the US. I know what you' re saying but it' s within the realms of possibility. Early (say March) 2009 would probably be more realistic, but i' ll leave it on anyway because i want to believe we' ll have it next year...

I don' t think so, Nintendo' s next handheld will be of the Gameboy family.

Said earlier NiGHTS for Europe might be pushed back to q1 2008 but Nintendo Europe still has the release date for NiGHTS for November.

But the website nightsintodreams has been correct with all the rest they reported so far. So we' ll have to wait and see.

Im afraid you wont see much progression than Crysis for the remainder of this console generation. Its simply not profitable enough to make over the top PC games anymore.

Nothing on the Wii interests me, 360 and PS3 are just about tied though.

Sure, the cut scenes in HS are fantastic, that I will agree on. But the gameplay itself does not show any graphical superiority over what we have seen from the best on the 360 so far.

This argument needs to be stopped, as we all know that by the end of the 360 and PS3' s cycle, the best games on either console are only going to show a very small difference from the best on PS3 to the best on the 360.

VF those specs have been debunked. The G92 series card is a mid range model. 8800GTX>G92>8800GTS. Google " Nvidia G92" . Nothing has officially been announced about the 9800GTX, it will only come next year.

Um considering the cut scenes are done with the in game engine and the game play LOOKS EXACTLY the same you just contradicted yourself there.

As far as Geforce 9 cards go, there is no way they will double the performance of the current cards, especially if they are coming out this year and for only $500-$600
