-
Aug 17, 2007 00:26
Ok, so the original dates turned out to be false and Three Speech have posted the actual planned dates. They are: Warhawk (PSN) - August 28 costing £19.99 Heavenly Sword - September 14 Warhawk (retail) + Jabra bluetooth headset - September 21 costing £39.99 Folklore - TBC, but the plan is October 12. Lair - Also TBC, but the plan is October 26. Singstar look like it' s delayed until October. Three Speech

Warhawk dosent bother me if its late, Download of the american store for the win. Although if I cant get that I will buy the headset bundle, the whole lan thing sounds great. Majik, I finally got Vegas and your no where to been seen? what about some co-op single player? man, the online system in that game is retarded, why no lobby? it was in the 360 version am I right? you have headset?, i' ll be mute but hopefully not for long. I am really looking forward to Heavenly Sword. Incase you guys missed it last time this cutscene should convince any of you on the game.

Great news Majik, guess i booked my holiday at the right time, Heavenly sword is preordered already.. I don' t think i' ll be getting warhawk though, it' s a fun game but i dont have that much time to devote to my ps3. As for lair, i' ll probably get it but i' m reserving judgement, seems very hit and miss..

Well i think its fair to say the audio (a mix of compressed and uncompressed, for those wondering) size is due in large part due to the 13 language dub options available

Nice lineup, btw what score did Lair get from EGM?
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs! What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

but that was a preview build they reviewed, it was delayed so they could fix the gameplay and camera.

Warhawk (PSN) - August 28 costing £19.99 It' s good to see at least Sony' s pricing games for what they' re worth. That would have been a $60 game on the 360 for sure.

Wouldnt XBLA games and PSN games cost about the same? Nope. I wish that was the case but it isn' t. So far from what I' ve seen while looking about on XBL, most Arcade games cost me about $12 - $13 canadian. Whereas on the PSN, their Arcade games like - Super Stardust HD, Calling all Cars, Blast Factor etc, are $9 canadian. Both are decent prices, but I think Sony prices theirs closer to what they are worth.

Aside form one game I' m starting to think there is only two price options for XBLA games 400msp ($5) of 800msp ($10) and it seems one form each category is released each wednesday. Aside from the painfully high priced Bankshot Billiards this pattern has held up quite a bit... I think... Hopefully later on the price structure is loosened up a bit.

Wouldnt XBLA games and PSN games cost about the same? 10 bucks for Smash TV... eugh. No, PSN has better pricing, and for the most part, better original content as far as I' m concerned. I play Pac-Man CE, Marble Blast Ultra and Geometry Wars, but other than that there really hasn' t been much to draw me to the arcade lately.
