According to the publisher' s submission for Mass Effect, there are two non-interactive videos that depict a discreet love scene between the main character and his romantic love interests. Breast profiles can be seen during one of the videos. There is a scene in a bar where female characters wear thong underwear. This type of content is likely to have contributed to the rating and content descriptors ultimately assigned by the raters.

Now we know why the " M" rating.

But its still hilarious how ***ed up ESRB ratings are.

Eu has PEGI 16-18 thats a great system because here you' re allowed to have sex at age 15,so ofc you should be able to see a image of a breast at age 15 or 16.

I dont know, i never understood why nudity is so taboo in the US. I saw my parents naked when i grew up. Somehow i get a feeling that isnt common in the US!

Trippy. We have nude beaches over here, but they' re very secluded, and nobody who isn' t nude is allowed within a set number of yards. Guess it goes to show you how much of a bunch of prudes America is. Unless of course somebody is getting shot at, and then we need to broadcast the video nationwide.

Actually females in new york are allowed to go around topless as well, i read a news brief about a woman winning a trial, and getting some cash for having been arrested or something for going around topless, if a man can, a woman can says the caught, you cant discriminate on that!
