Is the kikizo Server clock wrong?

Like when I look at my settings it says " Current Server Time: 18 Jul 07 3:11:17" even though it' s just 2:56 pm. So well, do I (Or Kikizo) posses some kind of time travelling abilities or is there something else wrong?

You can adjust your time to your time zone in your profile.
