Gamespot Hands-On While it won' t be used for the games themselves of course, it explains the newer, much shorter load times.   I' ll be buying one, possibly before I get a Wii, and definately before I get a PS3 now that the price is holding. I' m just bummed there' s no internal storage as previously rumored.

...not to mention helping with battery life by promoting less spinning of the disc. I wonder what Fab proccess it' s on. I' m sure both these things are going to influence the up to 10 hour battery life.
