How do you burn files to a DVD?

I have a medion external DVD re-writer, some re writable DVD' s and video footage from my camera. The only thing is, i cant put them together! Can anybody help?

You need computer software (video editing) that' ll allow you to import the camcorder footage to your computer and then burn them to DVD.. Windows Vista comes with a decent video importer, but you can' t edit videos with it. You can burn them to a DVD though... So I always use it to record videos from my VCR to my laptop and then I use Pinnacle' s Studio 11 for editing the videos.. There are a lot of other options out there, that' s just the current one I use.

DeepBurner I find it very easy to use, powerful and its 100% free. Perfect for data Dvds and Cd' s.
