I don' t think a title has gone by on PS3 that has not toted the fact that " This couldn' t be possible without Blu-Ray" even the multi-format games.

Does that include the PC version of UT3 too? Doubt it... Although we all knew it, tssk, tssk at Kojima for not making the 2007 deadline. I really wish that they would stop saying only possible on this system, as we all know it isn' t true. I wonder if it would really have such a bad response on the consumer market if they told the truth like... " hey guy' s. We made this awesome game, that we could put on the other guy' s system, but hey... guess what?! We won' t! Why? ' Cause these dudes and dudettes pay' s us more! Hahaha!" ...so edit: Tiz said it before me. Worst is Naughty Dog on this subject.

ORIGINAL: Nitro It' s over. No Final Fantasy in sight... EDIT: oh, it happened while i was out. Did i miss much? Which plain sucks! Not even a tidbit of Last Remnant... Ah well. Maybe they didn' t want to embarass Microsoft enough after Peter Moore slid in a cheeky " we have the most powerful console on the planet" Killzone 2 just obliterated that claim, and with Final Fantasy.... Hironobu' s " children" may end up stabbing their father in the back... Roll on TGS!! Thoughts on the conference everyone? Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4.... Nuff said. Maybe Heavenly Sword too.

Where is the Shock axis? I was expecting a new psp, not one that looks the excat the same. But at least it has a better battery. Mgs4 was the highlight, easly the lowest part was the stupid Chubacca thing, and when Jack accidently said Playstation Pii. I dont care if your nervous just get on with the show and stop talking, I wanted Haz. A little too much of Home which they didnt show of much new in it, and where were the Eight Days, FF13/Versus, Ico Game etc.? The killzone demo at the end was cool, and a slightly different resi 5 trailer. MGS4 WORLDWIDE RELEASE! OH YEAH!
Change is inevitable. Except from a vending machine. Viva La Revolution! erm, I mean Viva La Wii!

Well, the video' s are up on the PSN, I' m currently downloading 10 or so, taking up about 1.5gigs of space. Let' s hope their servers are up to the strain of every ps3 owner trying to get at least the lair/killzone/littlebigplanet! vids. Which reminds me. I only have 14gigs left on the ps3, I' m not looking forward to buying a new HD, but at least it' s cheap. I just don' t wanna go through the hassle of transfering stuff.

I dunno dude. I mean, Killzone has shown that a game specifically coded for the hardware can look and run amazingly, but 360 still has the ease-of-use advatage, ...something Sony are trying to rectify by signing a deal with Epic. And yeah, Killzone looks amazing, but CoD4 looks almost as good and that runs at twice the famerate, ...or at least it does on 360 (CoD3 ran at 60fps on 360 and 30fps with drops on PS3), ...so the whole power debate it still up in the air. That said, we' re now seeing games that are showing what' s possible with PS3. Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavenly Sword, Killzone etc... Sony is evening the odds and simply needs to convince 3rd parties that it' s worth putting the extra effort in. The conferences were interesting. It' s kinda nice that Microsoft went in with the best looking console game (GRAW2 or Gears, ...take your pick) and Sony have come out with the best looking console game...

I think I' m going to call this one a Sony victory. I actually somewhat liked the other two presentations, so I think Sony did a really good job. Things I liked: Connectivity with TV for PSP PSP lineup of games with exception to the Battlefront trailer. Things I didn' t like: Battlefront trailer New puzzle game Lack of any new wild announcements save for the new game by Sly Cooper devs

I only saw parts of Sony' s and MS' s presentation, I won' t even watch Nintendo' s. MS' s presentation was kind of lazy. Peter Moore basically just shrugged and said well we have all the games so i don' t even need a tattoo. Sony' s presentation at the very least, from what I' ve seen makes me want to buy a PSP. I' m more interested in what MS had to show but Sony had the better presentation (from what I' ve seen).

Wow did Killzone 2 look pretty and god am I looking forward to MGS4 which I will have to wait till 08 for, but whatever. I was excited about the game lineup that MS had to offer, but I had seen all of them before making it really kinda lame. I think Sony did a much better job of entertaining and even though I wasn' t as impressed with their lineup I feel that in the long run PS3 is going to kick the 360' s A$$. I was almost hoping that MS would make some kind of announcement about redoing the 360 or about the RROD but they just completely ignored it, I hope some interveiwers get in MS' s face about their faulty console. Overall I think that in show and presentation I will have to go with Sony, but for games MS takes the cake. Now I did watch the Nintendo conference but it was quite lame in my opinionand it just proved to me that is way more of a non-gamer oreintated system.

The new little big planet trailer completely re-affirms my desire for the game. The physics and unmatched creativity available just makes it look like a huge blast. How can you not love a next gen platformer thats 4 player and allows a ridiculous amount of control over the game.

The network is going pretty fast suprisingly, finished DL' ing 1.5gigs worth of videos in about 25min. Or in better context, I started the DL' s, played SuperStarDust HD until I died and they were all done.

Well only the Exclusives interest me. Killzone2 never failed to disappoint and MGS4 trailer was good. With other few games and the downloadable content, plus what next year installments would bring. But still noting impressive as of previous E3. So i will just give Sony 3 out of 5 shadowwolf paws.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
