Yes there has been a great deal of speculation of will we or won' t we be at E3 this year. We didn' t want to confirm anything until we were sure that the cool stuff we' re going to be showing there was set, ready and very, very cool. Now that it is, we can confirm what many of you had already guessed that we will be at E3 this year.

Now that I have confirmed that we' ll be there, I will now disappear to leave you to specualte about what coolness is that we will be showing there. You won' t be getting any more hints out of me, just the usual teases about how very cool this is gonna be.

It' ll be there, but in what form? It' d be stupid of them not to include a demo, but you never know.

Shenmue 3 - Xbox 360 not tardfaced Wii

Just seeing that game there would be great. I wouldn' t even think of what console it' s on I assume when I' m watching an announcement/trailer. I would be too amazed by the fact that they' re showing Shenmue III, hehe. Kind of like Nirvana (not the band).

Aha, I did write " consoles" , which kind of excludes cellphones and handhelds. That kind of covered my back there :P
But seriously, I would just be glad to see the game actually.

They' re going to keep us in the dark on that one for another year at least if you ask me.

Yes or no, they' re not going to tell us anything but cryptic hints that almost certainly spell nothing to everybody but the most rabid of fans.

Realistically we' re looking at just a demonstration and trailers. No demo. If the game had been on target for release this quarter then a demo would have been more likely but i' m pretty certain the game has slipped to Spring 2008.

To be honest though i don' t see why more developers can' t do what Capcom did with Lost Planet and release a demo of the beta well in advance...

But hey, if you have a PS3 at least you' ll be able to download a Heavenly Sword demo...

Coincidentally i' m away during E3 and won' t have access to either of my consoles so i' ll have to wait until i get back and pray that none of the PSN or XBL content is timed.

I' ll have internet access though so i can watch trailers and such, ...and i want hand-on impressions from those of you that matter when it comes to the demos.

I saw somewhere that certain sellers have moved their date back for Mass Effect, so you are probably right about it slipping into 2008. Bioware are very tight-lipped about a release date, but I' m not hopeful of seeing anything beyond another video.

WTF? Has Mass Effect really slipped to a Spring 2008 release date?

I wonder if this is due to development problems, or if they are just concerned with the release of so many possible Killer Apps on the 360 this Fall?

Anyway, I want to play this game so badly but at the same time I won' t be too upset if the game is delayed until Spring 2008 just because there are going to be so many games for PS3, 360, and the Wii that I will have my hands full this Fall and Winter.

By the way, has anyone heard of a possible price cut of at least $100 for the PS3 being announced at E3? Any info would be great.
