It looks a bit like a toasted sandwich maker. But actually I quite like it too, although a chrome finish would be more bling. Don' t think it will look as good standing upright though.

Doesn' t look like it' s made to stand up at all Ordoneal. It' s incredibly sexy, but gawd... look at how big it is. Look at the memory units, the ROL. It' s enormoose! Cool case aside, their site is interesting. They' re ripping you off with the disk protectors, but I' ll be buying one of those 5volt fan cables.

No, didn' t think it would stand upright. Would be nice to see a version which did, as that' s how I have mine.

How are they going to change the Ring of Light colors? That' s a board built right onto the metal casing. They' d need to replace the LED' s, replace the board proper, or sell them pre-modded. Edit:(can they do that? I don' t usually worry about the legal side of modding.)

Wouldnt this make overheating a bigger issue just like the PS1 and PS2 when they were reduced in size?

Are those cooling fans worth getting for the 360? Do they actually prolong the lifespan of the console?

The aftermarket ones? The Nyko Intercoolers have a bad tendency of bricking boxes. Mine won' t work when I attatch it, the plug it uses to suck power from the power-supply is crap. Not to mention, they' ve got 3 tiny little fans that make it sound like a Boeing 747, and you can' t turn it off, because if you switch it off while it' s still attatched you' ll overheat your box. Not like I dislike the product or anything. I use the Talismoon Whisperquiets in my clients boxes. You unplug your stock fan, replace it with the Talismoon (no soldering, just a PC fan plug) and watch the cool green/blue/red colors come out of your fan vent in the back! Not to mention it cycles tons more air & is a lot quieter. Definately worth the 25 bucks. Edit: Wouldnt this make overheating a bigger issue just like the PS1 and PS2 when they were reduced in size? Why would it? It' s bigger. Not to mention there were acutal component changes in the slim, this is just a different box with slightly better ventilation.

that console looks worse than the Wii' s best looking game.
Change is inevitable. Except from a vending machine. Viva La Revolution! erm, I mean Viva La Wii!

Are those cooling fans worth getting for the 360? Do they actually prolong the lifespan of the console? I' d get the pelican brand, because if your console overheats within the next 5 years its automatically replaced. So basically your buying a 5 year warranty
