Johnny Carson>George Carlin>John Stewart>Steven Colbert>David Letterman>Co - Apr 25, 2007 00:50
I just watched Conan O' brien on Swedish television and he played Wii sports (Tennis) against Serena Williams! That' s great PR for Nintendo. It looked like they were really having fun, well anything Conan does looks fun but whatever .
I don' t know how old the show is but I doubt Swedish television sends the shows the same day as in the U.S.
If anyone finds a youtube clip of the whole spectacle, please post a link here.

Your right Ginjirou,

I think i saw this on Youtube a while back. I personally am not a fan of Conan but your right that type of publicity is what has made the Wii so successful. Also Colbert another US comedian did his own ' Wii promotion' not too long ago. Apparently this COlbert guy is very popular, as he is leading the race in Times 100.

Conan > You.

If the Wii was only capable of 480i, it would have to be deinterlace it. - Emotep

I like John stewart, and while the colbert report is really funny, he never lets his guests finish their sentences. so i really dont like his interviews, but those are th only 2 i really watch....

Colbert f***ing destroyed the entire Bush administration and the press and they all just had to sit there and take it!

There' s something incredibly funny and blunt about a man saying

" I' m gonna shove a red-hot poker up my @$$ and chop my D1(k off!!!"

George Carlin rocks.

Technically the hosts that were mentioned are comedians but you' re right, this thread was about talk show hosts. Eddies post threw me off.

Well I still think David Lettermen is the better talk show host. I didn' t really find Colbert that funny. I definately not a fan of Conan though, but i didn' t mind Jay Leno.

I prefer Conan but it took me about 6 months of watching before I really got into his humour. He' s... special.
Letterman is no2 IMO.
Leno is no3.
Leno is the funniest of them but when hosting a show I think you need something more than just humour.
Conan is simply an interesting weird guy and Letterman is very professional.

Really? I thought you either get a persons humour or you don' t. I think i prefer Lettermens humour because its a little more subdued and subtle, whereas a guy like Conan is sort of in your face. But i guess everyones humour is different so thats fine. No Comic/talkshow host is really better then the other, its more of which one you prefer, kind of like which console you prefer.
