To me he is the greatest Game designer of all time, and now he gets a chance to be recognized for all the influencial years he has worked in the gaming arena.

The only Rain I know of is the one that falls from the sky, and the Mortal Kombat character. He probably got to the top through his sheer amounts of fans. His number of votes doubles that of second place.
