any tips for NOT laughing?

i always have the urge to laugh at inapropriate moments! this has lead to me seriously offendind some people!
I have tried biting my cheeks
holding my nose (which works fine untill it finally builds up into one HUGE laugh)
and thinking about depressing things
none seem to work very well, any ideas?

I always start laughing when I try not to, because of the tencion, so my advice is to just relax and don' t care about it.
If that doesn' t work I' ll just think of my childhood. Makes me as cold as a frozen lake in the Russian tundra.

Then he' ll have to resort to physically hurting himself. Pinching should do the trick, if a pinch on the arm doesn' t work you' ll have to try pinching other things that hurt more.

A good squeeze of your own testicles will do the trick, but for some reason people take offence at that too....

That could work, if you had someone do it for you. Everytime you' re about to laugh just say " Please, squeeze my balls" Laughing would no longer be an issue.
