Vivendi announced today that Traveller' s Tales' Crash Twinsanity has gone gold for PS2 and Xbox and is expected in retail stores later this month.

In Crash Twinsanity, a new evil has invaded the island paradise of Crash Bandicoot with plans of destruction. In a strange twist, Crash begrudgingly pairs with his archenemy, Dr. Cortex, in order to save the world. Through this unorthodox partnership, Crash and Cortex are controlled as one in this all-new gameplay mechanic. Gamers will encounter highly reactive enemies, fully immersive environments and a wacky cast of all-new characters in Crash Bandicoot' s craziest and funniest adventure ever.

Crash Twinsanity will be available in North America the end of September 2004 on PS2 and Xbox for a suggested retail price of $49.99, with an ESRB " E" rating.
