This is a reflection of supply, still its been a long time since Nintendo has had a bigger market share than Sony in the console market. I think the last time was...never. The question is how long will it last? What about the 360, which has a greater market share then both combined. Obviously Wii and PS3 just came out and the supply hasn' t even met the initial demand but still I think 360 will be in the lead for some time and I bet Nintendo will catch up sooner then Sony.

Wii will lead over ps3 for some months ahead.

I dunno about that, I think 360 had more units available at launch and still sold out. The place here only had 20 Wiis and when 360 launched they had 30 or 40.

I thought the 360 launched in the US with only 300,000- 400,000 units. But i' m not sure, can anyone enlighten us with more solid facts.

BTW Byakko thats the first shipment of Wiis (pretty much from what i' m hearing on the net there all sold out), another shipment will be coming by the end of the week (by most accounts), sony on the other hand has probably no more shipments for a while. That will very soon be 3 to 1.

BTW the Wii count is up to 620,000 consoles and i believe climbing. Good job Nintendo!
