What happend to Sega Rally 2005 ?

Hi,
Kikizo are really into Sega, just like me, and the last post, October 4 - 2004 , states that the game is on course, and coming next year. Since then I havent heard a word ?!
I hope its still on, and maybe making it for X360 ?!
Anyone.....anyone.....

I haven' t heard any new info either. I hope it gets pushed to a next gen system. Sega Rally for the Saturn was awesome and it would be great to get some classic arcade action with next gen graphics.

I' m kinda sensing a pattern with Sega lately and hopefully it does pan out. It appears to me as if they' re kinda coasting towards the end of this generation and not really giving us much cause they have BIG plans for next-gen and are saving plenty of stuff for then. Ideally Sega Rally should be saved for that point as well. But this is just guesswork on my part, nothing else :P

IGN has Sega Rally 2005 listed for release on 12/31/05 in Japan for the PS2. No date for the US as of yet.

It will probs be an Arcade release and then will be rumoured for some next-gen system. Could be good fun but lets just wait and see.

I totally agree....the Sega Saturn version was awesome....And that´s why I think Sega could easily make a perfect conversion from the original coin-up on current consoles...(I hope it would be Xbox....better for link)
And then make Sega Rally 2005 for next Gen consoles (I hope Xbox 360, because its comming soon !!)
