Downloading now. I thought the Bee Movie demo was better than the Conan demo.

The game is looking very nice. Anyone who says DOA4 looks better, or even close, should get his eyes checked.
The gameplay? I' m not worthy enough to comment it because I haven' t played Virtua Fighter in ages. Wouldn' t want to give false impressions to you hardcore VF fans.

Ok, I have no idea how to play VF5. But it looks eyegasmic gorgeous, no jaggies, smooth 60fps gameplay. I definitely think it looks better than DOA4, te only thing DOA has on it is better backgrounds. Out of the charactrs available, I definitely love the monkey girl.

No because curiously enough I have never owned a pair, and no I don' t need to buy a pair. Seriously, I think the backgrounds in DOA are much more detailed, and the fact they are interactive is certainly a plus as well. VF5 does have better textures, character modelling, animation, fluidity, funnier diaoluge (start running NOOOWOWOWOWOWOWOOW). DOA4 just has better backgrounds and a better story.

El Blaze, his dialogues are... who did the voice acting anyway?
I think the backgrounds in VF5 are much better looking. Both artistically and technically. The lighting sure helps the game look good.

Hmm, I might play DOA4 again just to make sure my memory is correct, because you have managed to convince me that all is not as it seems, and seeing as you are someone of sound intelligence I' ll chance another gander at DOA4 before making a new decision.

I' m not saying DOA4 looks bad in any way, but I think the buildings and all the surroundings look less atmospheric than the ones in VF5. Objects and buildings in VF5 seems to have some kind of realistic depth, they look solid somehow.
Surroundings in DOA4 look a little more like flat side-scenes.

Just finished playing this and I cannot see for the life of me what all the fuss is about, it is nothing to really shout about, the graphics are of an arcade quality of about 5 or so years ago, seen better and this will not be making my ' wanted' list.

Yer Gin. VF5 is AAA star Quality. won' t find a fighter anywhere near it for gameplay, VF5 is soo F^cking tight. Graphically it' s elegantly beautiful. With perfect lighthening and the best motion capture to collision on the planet.

Anyway, we all know VF looks good. It always has. How about some significant observations? Animations, tight control, etc. ?

this guy is crazy , the game was released on aracad in 2006, and it was mind blowing at the time, today it still looks great... if you really think that you' ve seen soemthing similar 5 years ago , or 3 years ago, we probably don' t live in the same planet.

What absolute crap you talk sometimes, The graphics are no better than those of 5 years ago, with the Tekkan series and the VF series. The only difference is that it is in your home and you don' t have to load it up with coins. If anyone was playing those games back then they will agree.

Nothing from 2002 had realtime self-shadowing and the kinds of liquid and cloth physics seen in VF5.
What kind of games do you play anyway, Alijay? I' m envisioning a lot of wrestling games and Madden in your collection.
