Release: July 2005 Cast: Steve Martin (Inspector Clouseau), Kevin Kline, Beyonce Knowles (Xania), Jean Reno (Ponton) --David Beckham recently turned down a role. Director: Shawn Levy (Big Fat Liar, Just Married, Cheaper by the Dozen) Based Upon: The Pink Panther series of films about the bumbling adventures of French Inspector Clouseau. This will be the 10th in the series, even though it' s only the 8th with Pink Panther in the title. Why? The second and third movies, A Shot in the Dark, and Inspector Clouseau, didn' t.
