I loved The Chronicles of Riddick, i thought it was one of Xbox' s very best titles. Well, Starbreeze Studios next game, -- the one before Riddicks sequel (confirmed by Vin himself in an interview last year), -- is The Darkness.

First screens...

I' ve been so excited about this game ever since it was shown at E3 last year! I can' t wait! It' s looking amazing. I saw these screens a few weeks ago in a magazine. can' t remember which one... a Playstation magazine I think... and it had a bunch of concept art with it.

Those are very impressive screens there - graphically anyway. Are they using an in-house engine or a 3rd party?

Chronicles of Riddick was surprisingly good. Everything about it was polished to a sheen, and yes, I felt as if I was Riddick(ulous, I know). If that game was any indicator, this game will be one to watch. That being said... never heard of this game. Thanks for the heads up.

Nobody know which version they were taken from. It' s unlikely it was actually either and that this is the game running in it' ' s development environment.

Has Starbreeze Studios mentioned if the game will be completed sooner, or later? I guess I' m asking if they have set a window of release... something tells me they probably have not, but if I don' t ask, I won' t know.

Vin Diesel is going to voice act Riddick again. Part of me hopes that he nails his own character just as he did in the last game, but then again, part of me thinks that goes without saying; he does not need to act that much to get Riddick down because it is all him.

The character is really cool, but the tank tops, leather pants and stuff?!

I' m not impressed he' s playing 47 in the movie version of Hitman. that' s just wrong!

Ya even i imagined this game to be a third person game when i saw its teaser video last e3..but these look cool too..just have to wait and see how it plays..hopefully there is a playable demo at the floor at e3...
