I was thinking about this the other day. I don' t buy the whole upper and lower class thing but it' s possible that some parts of the world drift far enough genetically where we cease being compatible reproductively. Thus splitting the human race. In terms of the odds, it' s inevitable if some people stay isolated from the rest of the gene pool. There are tribes that don' t breed outside of their community for example. Maybe we already have new branches of the human race. We should call the other ones Terrans.....

I think it' s an interesting subject though so I' ll just give my point of view.
Normally only the ones most genetically adapted to the present will reproduce and that has kept most animal races pretty intact. Until the environment changes and they have to adapt.
But since humans are a social species almost everyone gets to live, and most people somehow manage to reproduce, even if a person is ugly and weak. And it' s not always weaklings reproduce with weaklings because there' s always someone with strong genes that find something " cute" in those odd people. So I don' t think the human race will be split into two. In our globilised world, sooner or later the people who are isolated will come into contact with other people and they will cross breed until all the individual traces are gone.

And yes, Swedish people look better than most other people and we dress way better too. Perhaps we are a little too shallow, I dunno but whatever.
Please tell me that video didn' t show a correct representation of how british girls look like!!!!

Every generation evolves from the previous one. Because of random mutation we all have unique DNA that our parents do not have. Most of the time we can' t observe it with the naked eye. Sometimes the difference is big.

Since we are talking about evolution as a species I would tend to agree with you other than minor changes that happen every generation within different nations.

So it depends on the significance of the changes we' re talking about.

Because the various parts of the genepool interact so much there is less chance of splitting, however if you artificially created a scenario where certain parts of the population only breed with their peers then it is likely for two sub-species to develop, however it is highly unlikely you would ever get two distinct species of human who are by definition unable to breed with each other (at least not without some massive external factor that applies an evolutionary pressure).
