Stargate SG-1 Series

Anyone follow SG-1? I do sooooo just to let any interested folk know the series premiere for the new season is July 9th and the new Stargate Atlantis starts July 16.

Well all of the shows I normally watch, Carnivale, Sopranos, Deadwood, Curb Your Enthusiasm, etc, etc, (Yeah, I do love my HBO) are currently in between seasons so I' ve started to watch this show a little. It' s pretty cool but it' s hard for me to see the lead character as somebody other than MacGuyver. I' m just waiting for him to take a stick of bubblegum, shoelaces, and a hairpin, and save the world from an invasion of hostile aliens.

Ive been following Stargate SG-1 for about 4 years now.
The movie was awesome but i like the cast from the show more.

Actually I hated the movie, but the series gets my vote. As for MacGuyver -- I was and am still a fan of that show. The Atlantis spin-off looks good, so I' m willing to give it a chance too.
