" California-based Parallel Processing Corporation has filed suit against Sony, alleging that the Cell microprocessor infringes upon a 1991 patent licensed by Parallel Processing Corp for " synchronized parallel processing with shared memory." The lawsuit cites " irreparable harm and monetary damage" and seeks a pile o' cash, attorney' s fees, and um ... immediate impounding and destruction of all Sony products that utilize Cell technology, or simply, PlayStation 3" www.joystiq.com yeah right like the cell is close to what you guys did in 1991. Its like me saying im gonna develop hoovering cars, and patent it,if someone ivent hoovering cars he own my reletives tons of money! America is hilarious. ps! It' s possible that they patented the IDEA but never had enough funds to go through with the development. I mean, if they had a goddamn Cell processor back then why didn' t they sell it? Now that Sony actually did it they take a chance to make money. Loser all of them.

It doesnt matter,it was 16 years ago. Get a fucking grip. You never released it for over 16 year. Deliver it on the market, then patent it. Its hilarious of how easy you can sue someone in USA:
