Ok, Shenmue is not in the list because Shenmue Online is on the way
Also maybe Shenmue III is ready for next gen too!,
(lol! just a dream until know)

I believe that if Shenmue was among them
it could easily win this poll! just like what Nights is doing!
(Street of Rage is older but more people want Nights including myself)

They have that question as they' re working on a new Nights game.
Hmm, reminds me about the time they asked " Which Sonic character would you like to see as a main character in its own game" ? Shadow the hedgehog was one of the characters you could choose.
They asked that as they were working on the game " Shadow the hedgehog" .
Shouldn' t they be asking those questions BEFORE they start working on a game?

I say:

1: Give us Streets Of Rage.

2: Port Virtua Cop 3 to PS3 or 360 with light gun. (and then do 4)

I voted Virtua Cop because I feel that is the one they would destroy the least with the next generation remake (hopefully on the Wii). You know they' d destroy all of the others so that they are unplayable pieces of crap and raping my old memories of actual good games (Nights being a " good game" is debatable).

Put their entire roster of characters on Smash Bros and i' d be happy (and dreaming, but its a good dream)!!

It' s a big shame that titles like
Jet Set Radio, Skies Of Arcadia, Rez, Panzer Dragon, Space Channel 5
, Real Shinobi and of course Shenmue are not in there instead of Flicky!!!

but if Flicky is coming they really need to do some big advertisements for it!

BTW Samba De Amigo is not older than Shenmue, So Sega lie if they
say that we are looking at games from the Saturn era or older.

because Samba De Amigo was a dreamcast title
and it released almost with Shenmue 1.

None, they' ll just mess them up.

they should remake a bad game so therefore the remake cant be any worse.

Nights should win hand down. It' s been over 10 years since the first game and I still keep cracking out my Saturn every few years to blast through the game just to be reminded of the sights and sounds. Nights on Wii would be fantastic.

Streets Of Rage is long overdue a comeback but for some reason games of their ilk don' t seem to work in 3D. I' d be careful crafting such a game if I were Sega.

It' s not been too long since the last Virtua Cop game has it? I' ve seen it in an arcade, last I thought it was just waiting for a home conversion.

This is bullshit.

Sega already has NiGHTS on Wii in development and it is internally scheduled to come out this year.

The fact they are doing a survey like this (with alternative options like Flicky FFS) is just bullshit to make it look like some marketing exec from SoA actually did some consumer research for it to happen. Sonic Team would have been working on NiGHTS Wii regardless.

I' ve been waiting for a second Nights for so long I' m finding it hard to believe one is in development. Personally I think they messed up not doing anything for it’s 10 year anniversary.
