Sheesh after shafting the ps3 with the whole DMC multiplatform announcement CApcom has announced that Resident Evil:Umbrella Chronicles is coming out in 2007 for Wii!!!.

Devil Kings 2 was announced for Wii in Japan, but there has been no announcement of US release plans
There are more unannounced games coming in 2007, and " at least one" should be announced in the next few weeks

I don' t think i' ve heard much about it recently, now its coming out in less then a years time. ALso they have at least one unanounced title in the works for Wii in 2007. DMC Wii?? Naahhhhh!

Note i have never played a Resident Evil game but any big game announcement for Wii is good news. Probably gonna get this one though.

Cross your fingers that it is not like RE:Dead Aim , cause then it will totally SUCK and i will keep cursing capcom for the rest of eternity!

Anyway I am looking forward to this one. If it plays like RE4 then I' m sold.

July would seem to late to unveil if it' s out this year. Capcom usually show screens and footage well before release too.

They had some screenshots and a few seconds of gameplay at E3, but you guys are right, it' s nothing like what Capcom usually does with upcoming games.

As for the FPS scheme turning it into another RE:Dead Aim, I think I remember the controls are supposed to be similar to RE4, with the aiming being controlled by the Wiimote. That seems weird with the First-Person perspective, but they might pull it off.
