Rarest Gaming Hardware/Software you own

Apr 01, 2003 22:03
My rarest is probably my N64DD player, i bought it a while alog - at a decent price while on holiday in Japan. I will never regret buying this after seeing the prices on it on ebay. I received a modem, a few blank carts, and almost every released piece of software for the machine and one beta cart!!. What rare stuff do you own?

I own Crown Of Creation, a 3d space shooter like the X-Wing game. Why is it rare? It is a commercial game for Atari Falcon 030 which uses the seondary DSP to render 3D blazingly fast. Quite fun as well. Some info in german, and some screenshots.

The PAL version of PDS is rare and worth about £80 ow isnt it? I think its also due to its superior box art and case! I am sorry to say lotusson , that deep fear and Final Fight were not the last two games released in Japan Deep fear was the Last UK game to be released (if memory serves me correctly) And after Deep Fear Offical Sega Saturn magazine Stopped being published . was Final Fight released here? Last year about 3 saturn games were released in Japan, all bizzare games, but they were relased in the the same way as any other Saturn game! Nice to see you have soem rares though :)

Hmm, it' s not a console or anything but my rarest and coolest thing has to be either my Shenmue poster signed by Yu Suzuki or my copy of Shenmue 2 signed by Shin Ishikawa or maybe even my copy of star ocean 3 signed by Yoshinori Yamagishi.

I don' t suppose they' re all that rare - but pretty cool none the less. I own original R-Type and Shinobi PCB' s and a Electorcoin MKIII Goliath Jamma cab to run them on. Also own a white PC Engine with Gunhed, Streetfighter II, Pacland and a few other decent HuCards Game & Watches - Mario Bros, Parachute, Snoopy Tennis, Donkey Kong JR Tabletop (handheld) - Frogger and Scramble

The Limited Edition Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary, for the PS2. It' s the game that Adam recently wrote about here at Kikizo. Also a Neo Geo home cart system and KOF 2000 for it, though it' s not all that rare. Though my PAL Panzer Dragoon Orta is. Think that' s it, sans maybe one or two other items.

I own a Seiko Wrist Module Information System Watch and Controller. Made in 1984 and is an actual wrist watch that you can sit ontop of the controller and write programs in an old form of the Qbasic programming language. It is the first computer wrist watch that I know of for the mass market. It is also the only UC-2000 and UC-2200 I know of in existence in mint condition. It also plays a few video games , Hit, Race, Amida' s Luck and 30 Cards and others. It uses electromagnetic coupling for sending data from the controller to the watch. In other words it doesn' t use radio waves, wires, or infra red. The controller has a printer as well and the watch acts as its video display. It also has many features a normal watch would have like a memo and alarm. ofcourse it also tells time. It is in Mint condition with boxes and manuals. Battery life is about year.
