Just read the news about a Prince of Persia 2 game coming out.
This is very exciting because I thought the first one was incredible.
What I read that the developers were attempting to address the all the problems people mentioned with the first game in order to fix it for the second one.
Only thing is I didn' t read anything about them fixing the length of the game, which, to many was the main downfall to the game.

On the other hand they mentioned that they were changing the battle system so it could be a more open attack system (put in your own combos).

Really looking forward to it, just hope they fix the length issue.
Anyone else have any thoughts?

Did you think the game was too short? Felt like a pretty good length to me. I would like to see more boss fights in the sequel(not to mention it felt like I sneezed and the last boss fell over)
I was pleasantly suprised by the first game...I loved the dagger of time and the ability to rewind. Glad to hear they are improving on the battle system.
I seen two screenshots for this and thought they looked great, I look forward to this also.

It might not have been that the game was overly short but that I liked it so much that I didn' t want it to end.
I pretty well sat and beat it in a couple of sittings.
Also would have liked to see some extras for beating it (PC version got the original PoP)

PoP was in my top 5 favorite games of 2003, and easily in my top 20 of this generation. Can' t wait for the sequel.

If they make changes, PoP 2 should be crazy good

I played it for like 5 minutes at my friends house, i' m gonna borrow that soon. 2 sounbds great!
