3 days to get here 6 days to get to repairs and back...Tho I doubt thats common. Its funny cause it went to Texas for repairs. I live on the oppisite end of the US here. My friend who lives in Texas had to was 2-3 weeks before his got back. So yeah its pretty random.

Its very good but not worth 20$ on its own, as i said im missing the last level of it, and iv clocked in just about an hour or so (plus i needed to run back a forth to put my daughter to bed repeatedly) so ill probably be around 1 hour 30 min to complete the whole set. if your dense itll last you longer ofcourse!

Are there achievments for each individual game, for example with Quake 4 they had Quake 2 which had separate achievements?

ORIGINAL: Nitro I wonder whether they' ll release CSS in it' s current form or whether they' ll re-do it taking advantage of the newer tech!? What newer tech? It is still the same mediocre source engine. And don' t tell me the physics are awesome, because they don' t even use their own phsyics, they plugged in Havok. Source is nothing special and the HDR sucks ass. The only thing good about it is the character facial animations.

I went to pick it up along with FFT today but they told me they were only coming in tomorrow. It' s not that I' m impatient it' s just that the trip to EB Games takes 3 hours and 4 buses to and back. I wasted the whole afternoon for nothing.

Portal is fun. So fun and entertaining that Im gonna go look for the music, especially the ending music. I loved its humor. I so can' t wait to see the portal gun used elsewhere. Im going thru team fortress' comentary mostly to see what the maps are like and all. Thing is im getting very annoyed with the fact that the maps are very static. A freaking computer chair with wheels and everything does not move at all same with weights a water cooler and well the entire fuckn map. Its just one solid mass of uninteractive lameness. Uhg...

The maps look fantastic though. Modders should remake Episode 2 with the TF2 engine and make all the characters ultra cartoony.

Valve should make a 50' ish espionage title with inspiration from the TF2 graphics. that would be so sweet!

MP3 of the song at the end of Portal (don' t d/l if you havent finished the game dammit it contains spoilers!) " Still Alive" - Jonathan Coulton http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0QX3J5SH I did not upload this some user from gametrailers did. As for the team fortress maps. Yes they look great I just think with access to teh Havok engine and the emphasis on physics in the rest of the package that thed at least have enviroments with some debris flying around too add to the crazy action.

I just brought it hiome and I' m about to install it. The first thing I noticed, the box is actually orange. Second thing, there is no intruction manual. Not that I should complain considering that it' s such a great deal to begin with but still, a game should come with a manual. At least give me one for TF2, showing the classes. Had I known this I would have bought the guide.

This looks like its heading for the highest rated game ever at 98% now. Seems like there is an inflation in the scores these days, well the standards have been high this season.

What' re ppls usernames on Steam. (Agent you' re gonna have to add these to your gamertags thread! ) Maybe we can set up a TF2 kikizo match at some point? Playing through Episode 2, currently passed the ant lion attack in the tunnels. (Could describe several points in both HL2 and Ep1 as well!) So far more of the same and no significant reveals in the plot. Valve know how to make great engines, but I dont think they know anything about good storytelling. Plus if I met Alyx Vance in real life...(spoiler) Id stab her too!
