Alrighty everyone. Just checking in to see whats been going on over the last few months. Some may remember me, some won' t from either Gamerweb or the shiny new Kikizo website. I haven' t been an active poster (or browser) of either forum for quite a while I am afraid. Been very busy with various things in my life. Where do I start? You probably don' t care, but here goes anyway :)
I was completeing my honours year of university and had to complete my dissertation (80 pages on the effects of September the 11th on the insurance industry). Thats now done and I graduate on the 9th of July!! Hooray!! Not started looking for a full time job since I am coming away from Scotland to the USA to work for a few months. I have an interview with the USA embassy in London in a weeks time and will be staying in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina until the end of October, probably. I do plan to travel a bit whilst there though since I have never been to the states before. Also wanna catch up with some old American friends I ain' t seen in a while.
What about the relationship side of things? I have been through 3 girlfriends in the last 6 months and have just started seeing a new 4th girl. I have to say that she is great. Whereas the other girls were people I met whilst out on the town and didn' t really get on with after a while, the new one is someone I feel I connect with. Not to mention the fact that she is absolutely gorgeoous. Probably one of, if not the, most attractive looking girl I have ever been with. Its been just over a month since we met so hopefully things will continue as they are.
As well as these reasons, I have been buzy as a UK Playstation2 online Beta tester. I have spent most of my time posting in there private forums when online. Gotta say that I absolutely love SOCOM online, but the single player game is a bit on the crap side. Currently in a UK SOCOM clan called the Goodboyz or >GB<. Not really much else to talk about. Or at least nothing I can think of just now. My gaming purchases have been minimal of late although I did buy Enter the Matrix. Despite the bad press surrounding this game, I have completed it and loved it. I love the cutscenes and the game adds a lot to the new film. The graphics are nothing spectacular, but do the job quite nicely and I loved the gameplay. The driving sections were a bit weak and the flying section at the end was absolutely shit, but the rest was pretty sweet. My life is in a state of limbo just now since I have finished uni. I spend most of time going out to pubs and clubs, getting pissed and seeing the girlfriend. I don' t think I have come out of student mode yet.
Anyway, hope everything is going well with all the Gamerweb and Kikizo members. Fill me in on anything I have missed :)
