Well evidently someone thought otherwise and locked it.

Your avatar rules, ...where did you get it?

i forgot what website. I searched on google for " cool avatar" and it was a website in the first page of results.

Man, there are some really sick avatars out there. I' m going to need to learn how to MAKE one, ' cause I know it does not exist yet, the one I want. Anyway, with my regular av uploaded, I just need to wait patiently.

Still, some avatars shown here are just plain impressive.

Maybe you forgot to attach a picture. That happens alot when I receive e-mails from co-workers and find that they want you to open the non-existing attachment.

My recommendation: just e-mail your picture again as a file, not as a pic that hotmail has the option to do, and wait again. Sometimes, e-mails just don' t go through. Oh, you can quote me for the above.

Is there a specific file format (.jpeg, .jpg, .gif) that would be preferable to send it as? Also, the pic I' m thinking about using doesn' t really have that much to do with video games, but that shouldn' t be a problem, right?
