The BOOK may be taken up at any time and used by merely opening it. The " browse" feature allows you to move instantly to any sheet, and move forward and backward as you wish. Most come with an " index" feature, which pinpoints the exact location of any selected information for instant retrieval.

An optional " BOOKmark" accessory allows you to open the BOOK to the exact place you left it in a previous session–even if the BOOK has been closed. BOOKmarks fit universal design standards; thus a single BOOKmark can be used in BOOKs by various manufacturers.

I dunno...I heard of this similar tech called the Multimedia Anthology Gadget. It' s almost exactly like the BOOK, but contains many more things of interest. Their size is somewhat intimidating. However, they tend to be much thinner then Books and are often enclosed in a flexible case allowing the WHOLE device to be rolled or folded for easy transportation. And not to forget those looking for sheer eye candy these MAGs often contain high quality colored images. Bring one of these babies up to a friend and watch their jaws drop.

Aren' t there different formats to those, I have heard of the Personally Optimized Random Numbering Multimedia Anthology Gadget, is that the same thing or something different?
