I thought that the game looked quite good, and played very well. I enjoyed using the pause, forward, and reverse powers of your suit. My only complaints would be that there seemed to be a little delay when you fired your gun, and the lighting on the ground was a little fucked up at times whenever the lightening would flash overhead, something I would hope they fix before the release of the game.

I dunno, the gameplay was fun for me, I enjoyed pausing the action to run in with my shotty and take a few baddies out with ease.

Shiny bumpy textures do not make a nice looking game. The only remotely nice looking aspect is the weapons and the nice depth of field on them when you go into close-aim.

The character models are disgusting, the textures and objects looks lame, the lightning is annoying, the rain sucks, the fire and explosions are rubbish, etc, etc, etc...

It doesn' t look so bad in screens but i was very unimpressed. It' s unbelievably generic and the only remotely " fun" part was shooting people with the exploding arrows while using slow motion, and that got boring after about 5 seconds.

Generic trashy trash. It was rubbish in the first place and Atari knew so and decided not to publish it, so they reworked it all, got a new publisher, and it' s still rubbish. Stupid gimmicky time controls do not equal " fun" gameplay, at least not for me.

Bear in mind that although it' s being published by Sierra, the developers last game was Will Rock, the generic Serious Sam wannabe.

So the only major flaw in the game is the graphics?

Cool, can' t wait to download it.

Awesome. I can' t wait for the new NHL games to hit. I' m gonna rent em both before I decide which I like better. In the past it has always been the 2k games, but it looks like EA has done a lot of work on their game.

It' s really a shame that the footage that they have of NHL 2k8 at the GC is of some guy who sucks completely at the game.
