NEED HELP!!!

I downloaded the UTIII beta off of Fileplanet, and when I go to play the game it gives me an error saying that a problem has occurred, and it won' t start the game.

Drivers problems
Windows problem
you don' t have the required hardware to run the game.
corrupted files
gotta be one of those... why won' t you start by giving your spec.

Look, I am sorry if some may think that this thread was pointless, but I just need help with the UTIII beta download. I have tried it like 5 times now, and each time I go to start the setup I get an error saying that it was unable to begin the setup. This happened with downloads from Fileplanet and Gamestop.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
