This is a killer... ...the Tour Eiffel PS3 launch party seemed to be going really well...  ...the queues formed, with tons of Frenchies hotly anticipating the midnight launch...  ...until they saw...  ...Microsoft' s XBOAT!!!  ...and everybody left the queue to buy Xbox 360' s instead, leaving just this guy wanting a PS3...

But get this, yesterday Microsoft sent CVG £146 worth of Fosters (£146 being the difference in price between the two consoles) ...  LINK ...included was a message that read...
What would you purchase for £146...? (The price difference between an Xbox 360 and a PlayStaion 3), Well, for a start we thought you might like £146 worth of beer to kick start your weekend early.

Hey, it worked for Katamari  According to the LINK, the www.shkyw.org URL was written on those folding chairs that MS UK gave out to the people waiting for the PS3 launch. Nice viral marketing right there, right under everyone' s...butts XD Right, the URL' s on the back  All in all, they' re all surprisingly fun jibes at Sony, in good taste.

They might be in good taste but there is an undertone to this. Basically M$ are on the ball and going to do all they can to supress the threat of the PS3. I mean the Xboat timing is brilliant, sending the difference between the 2 consoles to the largest indie review mag in the UK genius, the website just goes to show that Sony need to up their game a bit. M$ 1 Pony 0.
