How does Kikizo Create its Picture & Video Files? - Oct 04, 2004 07:25
I was just wondering what methods are used to capture and compress the picture and video files offered here at Kikizo. The files here usually look pretty good. And there are tons upon tons of pics, especially with the reviews, so Kikizo must do the screen caps themselves.

If I were to do it with what I have, I' d capture with Final Cut Pro and then export as Quicktime using Compressor. I could export still from the FCP timeline if needed.

Actually, this is a moving image that I borrowed from another website.

All I did was use the image button atop the menu bar and pasted the image location in between the beginning and ending image bracket sets.

Since the image already moved (in its original place), it moves here, too!

But it really does not anser your question, Joe.

Just a little fun for ya' Joe...

Perhaps my original question was not understood. I am talking about what they use to create the picture and video files on the main section of the site, not for the forums. Anyone can post a JPG or an animated GIF, I want to know what they use to compress their video files and how they grab their tons of screen shots.
