I think Mars has the market cornered in the UK. Hershey' s is definitely an American staple chocolate.
Pretty sad that America has theme parks based on devouring chocolate. Shows what we teach our kids. Mars, Cadburys and Nestle are all big players in chocolate in the UK. Most US chocolate is awful compared to UK stuff, although I love Reese' s peanut butter cups.
Quick useless fact from History channel: in America, the Hershey company actually makes Cadbury' s products. Personally, I rarely eat chocolate, but when I do its either Snickers, Twix, or M&M' s so I pretty much prefer Mars over anything.
