There are some who would say that the rich get away with not paying enough taxes, and there' s the other side that says that the poor pays the burden-portion of the taxes in America.

Personally, I would like to see a flat tax rate, based upon a percentage per dollar earned, paid out as taxes. The only exception would be to the poorest group that would be given a lesser tax rate to allow them to pull themselves out of their ' poor' status...but even this should be given a time limitation of say 10 years...a chance is to be offered, not wasted...
