I' ve been trying to get this game for quite some time now but to no avail.
None of the stores around have it
I just finished reading the review that Kikizo wrote for it and it makes me want it even more now (nice review by the way)
I may have to order online.
Anyone have this game and if so what do you think about it?

Just make sure you read carefully...this has to be something you KNOW you' re going to like, before you waste all your energy looking for it. I gave it a 9.0 because it' s almost damn perfect for someone like me, who loves RPGs and strategy games like FF Tactics, Vandal Hearts, Front Mission, Tactics Ogre, etc. And it will be damn close to perfect for anyone else who loves this type of thing...but it' ll be a total waste of time and money for those who just play action games and FPS and the like.

That being said, Disgaea is tough to find because Atlus released it in limited quantities. I knew this way back when, so I got it as soon as possible. My advice would be to keep looking around for Disgaea, but to ALSO put your name on the list for the upcoming sequel to Disgaea, La Pucelle Tactics. It' s coming in May, in VERY limited quantities to North America. If you want one, I strongly suggest going down to your local game store and putting a pre-order on it to guarantee you get one. It' s probably very similar to Disgaea, and chances are, just as good.

Sequel? Damn that' s another game that I will behind on haha
Yea I loved FF Tactics (one of the few games I beat more than once) and most other strategy RPGs
The store that I went to (EBgames) never even heard of the game.
Only it hasn' t dropped much in price either.

What kind of clueless staff is working down at your EB? Never heard of Disgaea? Good to see they know their products.

Anyway, I know for a fact you can pre-purchase La Pucelle Tactics with them; it' s in their database for preorder. You may have difficulty finding Disgaea...

I can get Disgaea from amazon though, I checked awhile ago

Over the past six years, I' ve put about 500 hours of total game time into FFT, over a span of four complete play-throughs and countless other games I started but never finished. I have one perfect save that includes all Jobs Mastered wtih each of my major party members that I always use, plus every last item found in the game. THAT took a while. LOL

It' s a sickness I have.
