You' re just not persistent enough. I downloaded the entire Dead Rising demo on a shared 100kbps connection. I don' t want to hear you complaining.
dude i said 256 kb/S, that is 30KB/S, i think you confused the unit , otherwise if you truly meant 100 kb/S and SHARED !! that' s crazy slow. i think you shared a connection of 800 kb/S (100 KB/S)

Well, I checked it with an old screencap of my desktop, and it reads 100kbps, exactly how I just printed it. DSL blows goats for quarters.
