Ok, probably a bit of a strange thread, but

We all know the situation of Dead Rising - Lois Lane trapped in a mall...

Now, I want YOU to put yourself in his position, you go into a mall and
the Dead Rises... Here' s a catch...

You' re allowed to take 3 people from Kikizo with you, and their avatars (?).

The avatars only last for 3 hours when you start using them...

It' s a nice psychological number here..

So who' s first up?

Yes, it is a bit strange.. but come on... There aren' t any good games being
released, and we might as well pass the time..

You don' t have to take members in for tactical reasons/company, they can be
used as bait and what not... Zombie fodder...

Ok, I' ll bump it up to 5 members of Kikizo..

RULES!!!!

In order to understand this, you' ll need to know what Dead Rising is about.

- You can take 5 members from Kikizo in with you, and you need to
survive until the helicopter arrives.

- Members can be anyone, and their uses can be strategic back-up or
Zombie fodder (say you didn' t like someone, when things get heated, you
could throw him to the Zombies and keep their bloodied teeth occupied)

- You can use 3 of the 5 members avatars, but their use only
lasts for 3 hours, and there is no saving their abilities for later (sucks to be
you if your avatar is useless; Marink on the other hand..)

- The rest of the rules are based on the actual game, time limits, how you' d
rescue people, negotiation etc..

ALSO: You have NO IDEA there is a Zombie epidemic.. So you' re all ill-prepared!

musashi' s uber smart and a 140 pound wrestler. Quezcatol gets seriously bad tempered and would lay the smack down and kick zombie ass (he' s a Viking too and has an axe!). MassX has a way with rockets and they' d probably come in handy against the rampant horde of once human fiends. locopuyo pwns all and he' d easily pwn zombies because theyre slow and cumbersome and his monitor has a 2 ms response rate making his shots more accurate.

I' d just take my (ice) hockey stick and run around like a clown decapitating the ugliest fuckers i could find!

As for the avatars, i don' t think any would really come in useful. Maybe musashi' s cartoon Ninja and my dragon could do some damage but i doubt we' d be desperate enough to need to break them out.

heavily guarded (or heavily populated, and loosely guarded) by trails and
trails of ZOmbies...

If musashi is a 140 pound wrestler, you may have to sacrifice him to
clear the way in order for you guys to get your gear...

too many times, one of you is going to have to put a bullet in the head of
the 140 pound wrestler... Let' s throw in the fact he can run like Kris Akabusi..

Have you seen the wrestling moves that you can perform in the actual game? I wouldn' t sacrifice musashi as i' d need his help later on to take on the end of level boss!

... Now, unless Quez can keep the zombies at bay whilst the rest of you sneak in

Tiz, i know i said i didnt need the full 5 but i' ve changed my mind and i' m having VX air dropped onto the roof!

Well here' s my reasoning, Chee Saw probably sleeps with the sword under his pillow so I expect him to bring it shopping as well. With regards to Spider-man, the picture is from the movie version and thus the webbing is natural not cartridge based. At the very least he could slow the Zombies down, but he' s resourceful so I' d imagine he would find a weapon to fight back and formulate an escape plan. Solid Snake is just baddass, I' m sure he carries around a few pistols on him and maybe a few grenades. As for Link, he' s seen worse then Zombies so he' d be fine. In addition to his sword he carries all sorts of crazy shit...Arrows+bombs X Zombies=good times.

Actually I want to replace Snake with The Master Chief (in full gear). He has the same qualities as Snake only the Cheif can also beat the crap out of the Zombies with his fists if he needs to and he' s completely invulnerable to the Zombies. I know industrocyberbot23 has him in his avatar.

I would call all three right off the bat, and make damn sure we make it out in 3 hours. I would leave the Chief behind to fight off the croud and hold them off. I would follow any plan Spider-Man comes up with and have him escort us out. Link with his sword and arrow+bomb combo will clear the path while Spider-Man slows them down with Webbing and any other ingenius weapon he creates. Chee Saw and myself (I would pick up some kind of weapon allong the way) would defend ourselves against any Zombies that slip pass Spider-Man and Link. Evil Man could do whatever he wants he probably won' t make it anyways.

Hey hey hey now lets not forget Ive spent the past week watching Zombie Flicks as well as reading (and this is for real) " The Zombie Survival Guide" By Max Brooks.
