Yes, that is all true, but if you have a good TV which has HDMI, its your best bet out of all of those, unless you don' t care about sound, in which case DVI is just as good.

Compnent and VGA aren' t as good though.

I' m component 360 and HDMI PS3, and I must say, that even on my 133" screen you' d be hard pressed to tell the difference when I put in an HD-DVD or Blu-ray.

Of course, this is at 720p.

I just don' t give a *** about it because there is no difference between component and HDMI, if you had a good enough display that used both you would know. I use HDMI on my PS3 for shits and giggles, not because I care.

Having a 360 with a motherboard that won' t melt along with a 65nm cpu and a disc drive that doesn' t sound like a jet engine IS the real news, not the fucking HD cable. When I get a new 360, I won' t even bother with HDMI unless it comes with the cable.

Im getting the new 360 because its 65nm, I actually have HDMI cables laying around, but I can' t be bothered to find them so I will just use component since it makes no fucking difference.
