250GB/month is plenty, if you're using more bandwidth than that legally, you're probably running a server or a business, running servers is againt TOS, businesses have options for business accounts. This will really only screw over people downloading tons of illegal ISOs, etc. with the purpose of distributing them, because even people that pirate everything they have (For personal use) wont use up 250GB/month, maybe 50 or 100 if they are hardcore.

That wouldn't effect me one bit. Shit, I'd take a 100GB monthly cap if it meant I actually got the speeds advertised.
