Should get to dl this from a site that doesnt require registration or EAs downloader tomorrow. I' ll be getting it then, and I' ll try and post some screens from mi nu supah compyutah! (read: new PC, yay)

Not expecting much more than BF2 with mechs tho tbh. Which isn' t a bad thing if you liked BF2.

I' m getting it, one of my three last 2006 games I plan on buying. Titan mode looks so sweet. I' ll be getting the demo now...

I think i am the only one from this fourm weho played the beta. I like it, takes some getting used to especially if you played bf2 alot.

I am looking forward to see what they have done since.

There should be quite a lot of aerial combat actually. Not as deep as afterburner though obviously! Actually, I' ve always found the BF vehicles to be overly tricky to control, and then some people still seem to be able to hit a moving target with an air-ground missile at 600mph dead on. I never understood how they did that!

did anyone else try the demo? It' s not even playable, I tried for over an hour and I' m yet to play a complete game, the lag is terrible and I keep getting disconnected. This better be fixed in the retail version. \The longest I played without lagging out is about 5 minutes. and even then there was still a lot of lag.

I take it back, the game works perfectely, it turns out I was having trouble because I had Adware and a trojan horse. Nothing SpySweeper wasn' t able to terminate. Also Titan mode is great...

The game seems pretty decent! Maybe ill get it while i wait for Quake Wars, not sure about the controls! DoD has crisper control

it wouldn' t work for me it says its missing a d3dx9_29.dll file and won' t run.

said the same for me, just visit www.microsoft.com/directx and download DX again, then it works!

Well got the demo eventually. But Punkbuster doesn' t seem to like my setup and keeps booting me out of every server for some reason! So I' ve only played for about 10 mins on one of the only non-punkbuster servers that existed.

Anyway, runs quite well. Visuals aren' t anything spectacular. But it really is just a mod for BF2. Even the folder structure and a few files in the installation say so if you look, heh. Still fans of BF2 should be right at home.

The game is horrible. Before I or any other serious PC gamer will ever play BF they' ll have to get rid of the mouse gaycelleration.

I think I' ll like it more then BF2, if you over played BF2 I can see why you wouldn' t want to play this one. IMO the demo is tto small, they didn' t even include grenades or any of the other neccessary gameplay aspects
