Personally i think this is bogus, like most analysts predictions. No way are sony going to drop the price so soon after the release of the ps3 in Europe. However the factors discussed plus an attempt to boost sales, a price drop might be the only option.

I don' t however believe that the US$100 will have too much impact should it happen.
