Advice: What should I be looking forward to buying for my PS3?

What' s your drop dead, top 5, stranded on a desert island, must have PS3 exclusives. No MGS 4 please (of course i' m getting THAT), titles that are due out by Q4 (calendar year) 2008. I would appreciate any advice, a PS3 kinda fell into my lap and I haven' t done much PS3 games research. I prefer the 360 controller (I like the more spread out thumbsticks) so I will buy multi-platform games for the 360. I like almost any genre except turn based JRPG and don' t really like sports/racing games (except NHL Hockey, I plead Canadian.) Cheers! Edit: P.S. How' s Folklore?

A lot of games coming out, but these are the only games excusive to the PS3 that I consider a must have currently released.
I would pick up Planet Earth (blu-ray)
