Quez it' s not the judges that make the law, they just act upon the guidelines, the law makers are the ones to blame. American law is a minefield as you have different age restrictions in various states for various actions.

Even so it is still very harsh to $2.25 million bond and a couple of years in the bighouse for acting on human emotions.

I understand that the law needs to follow and rules are to follow,but atleast the sentence should have a very light sentence.

What the hell? If the parents knew about it,and they were letting it happen, why did the law step in in the first place?
