I just read on kikizo that sony plans to have 2 million PS3 worldwide by launch. Another 2 million by christmas.

Well, since Sony always makes optimistic statements and they are usually a lie then i guess we will see many pissed off people by november and some months after.

yeah...i said it more like a joke not really serious about it...but i think that since Ps3 launch was delayed (it was supposed to be spring 2006) sony should have their launch better prepared.

I know that it´s early to talk since the console isn´t yet in stores but we do it all the time we our discussions about " oh my god blu-ray will rule everything" or " when blue dragon comes MS will do better" ....that´s the magic about this forums

All this talk about blue dragon is making me impatient....

Blue dragon will be shown in Jumpa festival starting 27 july to 28 august.

But the lack of in-game footage or anything from Blue Dragon has me a bit worried.

However,now in 2 weeks they gonna show it,it' s better not be just a cgi video...

I know they had the first parts of the game playable at e3,but only journalist was able to see it,with leaving comments like,it look like that cgi -in game,it look very cartoonish.

So atleast that sound goods :)

Nobuo has done the music for each FF game.
Akira did dragonballz anime serie.
And has done not only the art but come up with game ideas in dragon quest games and chrono trigger,and now upcoming Blue dragon.

Well,nobuo only did the main theme in FF12...

So ff12 is lacking Nobuo also.


Since square-enix is billionaries and FF is a serie worth billions,im sure they can find someone who can do very good music :P

It' s all well and good doing good music, but the question is will it have the same
feel? It may not be Nobuo doing it, but can a new guy capture the same
essence?

man i loved FF 6 music and Sephiroth´s song but i would love to see the franchise reborned and that means new people have to take the reings, im not looking foward to Blue Dragon but whenever it comes out i will give it a chance...

Yeah,perhaps bd or lo doestn turn out good (that can be said about every game though...) but atleast nobuo wont fail us with the music.
The BD music so far has been cool

Square-enix can always ask Yuzo Koshiro to do the soundtrack...i would buy that wouldn´t you?
