1,000th Post Celebration!!!!! - Oct 12, 2004 01:47
With the help of all you fine folks that posted threads, or responded to my threads, I thank you all for helping me get to the 1,000 post mark.

I joined on 08/17/04 and reached 1,000 posts in less than 2 months (today is 10/11/04)!!!

I' d like to thank the God, the Kikizo website and its members, the videogaming industry, my Mom and Dad, all those who supported me, and... (music begins to play)

You get the hint...

Now, I will set my sights on picking up my copy of Halo 2 and playin' the he** out of it until I defeat those bast**d Covenant for bring the fight to our home - Earth!

Long live the Master Chief!!!

I will get to 1,000 after awhile. And that day shall be grand. Kikizo will shut down for a day in honor.

Congrats...

Personally, I figured you for more than that (I hardly check post counts) with all of the news you post.

To be honest, I have slowed down a bit in my old age...no, actually I slowed down because I received several postings from Kikizo members about my overly aggressive posting style.

I took their postings to heart and decided to become less aggressive and more inclusive with my threads...instead of posting news a lot of the time, I would take a news article and try to turn it into a subject that all could discuss, not just read.

I hope that you have enjoyed the change (if you' ve even noticed), and I will be working on improving this style for the future enjoyment of all Kikizo members.

Thanks for the congrats...I could not have accomplished reaching this mark without you folks.

Congratulations DaRoosh. Personally I never had a problem with your former posting style but like the newer more interactive news stories better

Here' s to 2000!

Daroosh: I' m not going to lie to you. I didn' t click on many of your threads to read the actual articles within. However, it was nice to just go through and check out the forum to see what was going on today in the gaming world. It' s not anyone elses business what you post but your own. If they' ve got a problem with it, they can ignore it.
