F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault and Reconnaissance)

Has anyone checked out the E3 trailer for this game? I' ve been tracking this PC game for awhile. It' s release is 2005. Looks like it might be an awesome game. I love the way the walls explode and the dust/debris goes flying -- very real looking.
