" We don' t usually hear about new Virtual Console releases until the games go live on the service, but SEGA sets its own rules and has announced three new SEGA Mega Drive releases scheduled for April 6.

The SEGA Mega Drive trio is headed by Sonic Spinball, a pinball game set within the Sonic universe where instead of the usual pinball, Sonic is flipped around a number of pinball tables (Dr. Eggman defence systems if you follow the story) to take the Chaos Emeralds from his arch enemy.

Also coming on Good Friday are Vectorman, a fairly straightforward 2D platformer best known for its striking pre-rendered 3D models, and The Story of Thor, an adventure game which went by the name Beyond Oasis in the US.

Each game will cost the usual 800 Wii Points."
